I took my Tag watch in for repair as the face had come loose and rotated, and was 60 degrees askew because I had dropped it. I was told it would take 6-8 weeks, but their watch repair person did really good work. About 8 weeks later the watch was ready for pickup. I figured since it was a Tag they would charge a fortune to repair. The watch was cleaned, repaired, looks like new, and runs great and was only $50. While the wait was long, it was well worth it.

If you are looking for a good price and want personalized service, this is the place to go! On my first visit to their McKinney store, I arrived when they were closing, but they let me in and helped me anyway. They didn't rush me and showed me everything I wanted to see. Their selection of wedding rings were more unique with a lower cost than your typical Zales, Kay Jewelers, Helzberg Diamonds, etc. They are a family owned business, have been around for quite some time, and know that their reputation and relationships mean everything! I was hooked from that point on. Because of all that, I had complete trust in them and had a custom diamond wedding ring made by Randall. I was worried that my fiance-to-be or myself may not like the ring after he made it. Randall assured me that if we didn't like it, he would make it right and make us "happy". Well, it was done perfectly the first time, and before Christmas just as he promised me! I will definitely be going back here for that personalized experience and any future jewelry needs!

Wow! I can’t say enough about the outstanding service at Diamonds-N-Designs. I had them resize my wedding ring and from the moment I walked into their store, I felt relief when I was greeted by Pam that they would take care of my ring. I felt like family from all the people that worked there. If you are looking for an amazing jeweler, look no further!

I couldn't be happier with my engagement ring! This is a family owned business, and the whole family made my fiance and me feel taken care of. We initially went in just to look around, but we arrived about 20 minutes after closing time. Despite that, the owner opened the door for us and pulled out some things for us to look at. We worked with him that day to design my perfect ring. After my fiance had a couple more design meetings with the owner, it was only a couple of weeks before we had the finished product. A gorgeous, custom made engagement ring that was everything we wanted. I would highly recommend coming here!

I had my wedding ring sized at Diamonds-N-Designs, and I am thrilled with the result!! It's been years since I was able to wear it, and in the course of one day, they cleaned and sized it for a very reasonable fee. I will be taking all my future jewelry business to them!

I had a great experience here and look forward to returning in the future. -The watch battery that I needed changed was done quickly while I waited. -My engagement ring which I dropped off to have resized was completed beautifully and at a very fair price. It looked so good, that when I picked it up, I almost didn't recognize it as my own. The work was done THAT well and it was cleaned up THAT much. I forgot how sparkly my ring is! -Additionally, when having my engagement ring looked at, the jeweler helping me (an older gentleman) noticed that another of the rings I was wearing needed some work done. This particular ring was my great-grandmother's engagement ring and is over 100 years old. After the work was done it was as if this ring had a look and personality to it that I did not know before. Thank you for giving new (and extended) life to this family heirloom! -I would also like to mention that when I called to check on the status of my rings, the young lady on the phone was exceptionally courteous, helpful and professional. Thank you all for your wonderful customer service and superior craftsmanship!

What a treasure!! I consider this place, “my local Jeweler” as I rely upon them for all repairs done quickly & in house. Beautiful selection & wide variety of quality pieces even Rolex watches. I purchased my engagement ring for my now Fiancé here. I can begin to explain how happy my Fiancé is with this ring we choose. Not only was it beautiful they offered to solder it as a courtesy. The customer service is amazing. Phone calls & voicemails are answered promptly! I will be continuing by business with them for years to come.

This place is a professional, friendly. and home style welcoming place to have your jewelry appraised, cleaned, or your gold melted and restyled into a piece you will love. I highly recommend going in to meet them and visit with them and ask your questions and even take a look at their beautiful jewelry ready to purchase. My engagement ring broke in half and took it in here to get it fixed and to replace some stones that had fallen out. It took a little bit longer than promised, but it looks just like new! Highly recommend.
